We currently use Stripe to process credit cards online. Immediately after you place an online order with The Muddy Mare, your order is processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Your credit card number is transmitted directly to the Stripe payment gateway. Your credit card number is not visible to any Muddy Mare employee throughout the entire order process. About Our Products

+Please be aware that heat sensitive products such as salves, balms, and butters melt easily when exposed to heat due to our pledge to use no preservatives. These items may melt in your pocket, purse, car, or mailbox, so please take care to store them out of direct sunlight! Some separation of oils and butters is normal, and can be easily mixed.
+We do our best to take accurate photos of all products. Please be aware that variations in products may vary from photographs. Imperfections in products such as antiques will be thoroughly photographed. The Muddy Mare is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please contact the shipping company to create a claim for any lost or damaged products. 
+Expiration date for all handmade products is approximately 1 year from the date of purchase. Products will last longer when kept out of direct sunlight, are handled with clean, dry, hands, and not exposed to moisture. 
+We strive to meet your satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, please contact us and we will address your concern on a case-by-case basis. Returns or refunds may not be granted on basis of improper care of item or products.

They are handcrafted with the highest quality ingredients that are sustainably foraged or mindfully grown on our farm in small batches, and with love and intention. Each item is unique and blended to meet the highest standards, and my family uses each and every product!
