Matcha Green Tea Antioxidant Face Mask
If you love matcha, you’ll love this mask!
Made of the highest quality, natural ingredients, this mask exfoliates while nourishing and soothing the skin.
Best for all skin types, but especially gentle enough for dry skin and those with acne-prone or other inflammatory skin conditions.
MATCHA TEA: Matcha is a detoxifying antibacterial and contains incredibly high levels of antioxidants and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which is helpful in reducing inflammation and to even skin tone. The antioxidants are also known for reducing acne and increasing skin elasticity.
KAOLIN CLAY: the most gentle and balancing of the clays, kaolin is excellent for dry to normal skin because it doesn’t strip the natural oils.
BENTONITE CLAY-a moderately dehydrating clay, bentonite absorbs excess oil and draws out impurities making it great for acne prone skin.
ZINC OXIDE-well known for its sun protectant properties, zinc oxide helps restore sun damaged skin and heals skin irritations.
ARROWROOT-high in vitamins and minerals such as zinc, potassium, iron, and B6, arrowroot absorbs excess oil while fighting skin conditions such as acne due to its antibacterial properties.
Mix 1-2 tsp with water or favorite cleansing oil or hydrosol and apply to face. Allow to harden (about 10 minutes). Apply warm wet washcloth and gently exfoliate and remove. Inhale…Exhale…ahhh.
Follow with your favorite moisturizer or hydrating oil combo such as rosehip or jojoba.
Can also be used as a facial polish.
All products are made from scratch with love and intention using only the highest quality ingredients that are mindfully foraged and sustainably harvested on our farm without the use of pesticides or fertilizers. We never use palm oil, synthetic fragrances, SLS, parabens, or colorants.
