Superman and Kryptonite, Poison Ivy and Jewelweed. Typically found growing amongst each other, poison ivy contains the ever-irritating component Urushiol that causes the hallmark rash and itch we know and hate. Jewelweed, sometimes called touch-me-not, on the other hand has saponins in the sap of the plant that may neutralize urushiol.

Our Poison Itchy cold processed soap is made with all the balancing and neutralizing properties of jewelweed, neem oil, grass-fed lard, coconut oil, and frankincense.

Best used when first exposed to poison ivy.

Ingredients: Jewelweed (Impatiens capensis), grass-fed lard, olive oil, neem oil, coconut oil, sodium hydroxide*, distilled water, frankincense essential oil.

All bars are made from scratch with love and intention using only the highest quality ingredients without the use of palm oil, synthetic fragrances, SLS, parabens, melt and pour bases, or colorants.

*No sodium hydroxide remains after saponification of oils

All apothecary items that may melt such as balms, salves, chapstick, butters, candles, or soaps will be held at your local post office to avoid them melting in the heat during summer months!
